Common Questions

  • Each plan is designed around how much support you want and where you are in your journey. Start with Foundations for guidance, Momentum for ongoing adjustments, Performance for high-touch coaching, or Maintenance if you’ve already built your system. You can upgrade or change plans anytime.

  • Plans have recommended durations: Foundations (2-3 months), Momentum (3–6 months), Performance (2-3 months), Maintenance (ongoing). You choose the pace that works for you.

  • Coaching is flexible; all plans are designed to integrate with your lifestyle. Support is delivered online via messaging, check-ins, and resources. Optional in-person sessions are available for those who want them.

  • Tracking is flexible. Foundations & Momentum provide guidance, but you learn to make decisions that fit your life. Performance may include more detailed tracking for precise goals. Maintenance is optional.
